1995 Tofinou 7m (23ft) Sail
"Cake"
First and perhaps the only model built
in the US. I found and rescued her
from a slip in North Florida. In 2017 she
was completely redone; hull repairs -
refinished and repainted, mahaogany
combing refinished, new teak deck,
complete diesel motor overhaul, some new
rigging and lines, new main and jib
sails, MacPac, complete canvas cover and
dual axel trailer. Started the
project in 2017 and finsihed first Q1
2018. In excellent condition.
Cake draws 1m with her retractable
center board down and .5m up - great
sailing in the shallow Indian River
Lagoon - see Manatees, Dolphins and the
many small islands that dot the
Intercoastal Waterway. Great for
families and couples looking to enjoy the
sailing experience!
I hate to see her go, she was a fun
project and loved sailing her, but with
all boats, its time to move on.
She's on the trailer now and waiting for
her new owner!
