Main and furling jib, working winches, anchors, and lines. Running water, working toilet, stereo with bluetooth, LED cabin lights, depth sounder, gps, and nav system. Known issues include the onboard fridge (not installed) and dented pulpi. The galley does not have burner stove. . Interior in good condition; no rips or tears in the cushions (no exterior cushions). Great boat for biscayne bay (shoal keel, draft 4.5 feet). Great boat for entrez into Biscayne bay sailing. Mainsail overhauled 1 year prior, fixed all minor tears, and genoa restiching completed January 2020. Located at dinner key marina - easy to show.
