I had mast re-stepped and professional installed and tuned. Added new sheets and lazy jacks Had sails removed, inspected and minor repairs to the cars. I removed all the interior and had the upholstery replaced I live out of town and have not been able to finish all some of the projects and the price reflects this. Boat is solid and good shape and perfect who has the time and skills to finish some small projects. None of the items with the exception of the bottom paint is costly. I have the parts or supplies just not the time. NADA is 32-36K Items still needed to be completed: Boat needs bottom paint however I have a diver clean the bottom and service zincs every two weeks. When the mast was removed someone cut the wires at the base of the mast. These need to be connected together. Very easy. Stereo was disconnected for some reason. Just needs to be wired back up. The rubber insert on the rub rail needs to be replaced. I have a brand new role on the boat. Just simply needs to be installed. Packing gland on the shaft needs to be tightened or more packing material added. Very slow drip. Boat had a radar at one point. The dome is missing. Mount is still on the mast and display in the cabin.
