2001 Avenger Powerquest
380, Avenger for sale
This outstanding avenger hull is
39.7 inches manufactured by PowerQuest in
2001. And it is in near mint
condition.
There are many unique features
about this boat. It was found hidden away
in storage for many many years, this has
kept the boat in near perfect
condition.
Another unique feature is that
the motors have been rebuilt by
innovation marine, Sarasota and have very
low hours on them.
Innovation Marine, rebuilt the
stock 575 HP supercharged motors to now
be in excess of 720 HP each. That is a
whopping 1440 hp for this floating
projectile.
As part of the rebuild all
high-performance Parts were used... new
Pulleys , and custom map turning etc.
we’re all part of the big horsepower
gains, But maybe the most impressive were
the upgrades to the props on the new
racing bravo Out drives.
In addition, we have replaced
all the trim cables, installed three new
marine batteries many brackets and clamps
that were showing signs of age, so the
boat is in perfect running
condition.
It has an upgraded stereo
system, that is quite impressive, As well
as the television set that can be hooked
up while On shore. Complete with anchor
plenty of life preservers and everything
One would need to have fun on the
water.
We have reconditioned the
trailer as well, and have had the boat
detailed from bow to stern, to give the
new owner a beautiful blank canvas ...
should they want to personalize the
outside to their liking. I personally
like it white.
All of the above features cause
this 40 foot boat to go far in excess of
its stock 80 + mile an hour capability.
Which incidentally would be the same for
any 38 foot performance boat sporting
just 500+ horsepower.
This boat now reaches the
century mark, which I can say as a boat
owner for many years is very hard to do.
And it rides like a dream.
One of the reasons it rides so
well Is it it is 8500 pounds, and it
delivers a very soft yet solid ride that
makes passengers feel secure.
The cabin was thoughtfully
designed with 5‘7“ of headroom in most
areas. It includes two double beds and
astand up marine head and a galley area
complete with all the essentials, Sink
and fridge. the V birth offered plenty of
space for two people to lie down.
The exhaust of the boat Has a
switch that makes the boat quieter while
idling during canal driving.and the rear
swim platform which has a built-in swim
ladder that folds out from under a
fiberglass hatch.
So, please don’t let the age of
this boat Stop you from comparing it to
any other late model boat You may find.
It is worth a look if you are a serious
buyer who really wants a fast pleasure
boat with the used price tag that is like
new in fact even better.
