1990 Sea Ray 350

1990 350 Sea Ray Sundancer (called the 370 in 1991 or 1992) 39'6 LOA I have owned this boat for 3.5 years. This is an excellent running boat. This is the 2nd Sundancer I have owned. In summary, I wish I could have bought the boat in the mechanical condition it is in now. From a mechanical standpoint it runs excellent. I have invested over $30,000 in the boat since I have owned it to get it in today's mechanical condition. We have 4 kids and it is imperative when we would go out we did not have a problem. Below is just a summary of the things I have done. I have a ton more photos and more video too. Email me and I can forward them. The boat is in the water and we use it almost every weekend. It is ready to go! Freshwater cooled 2 AC units that seriously work excellent! I bought this boat because it had a great history with the last 2 owners for 20 plus years. The boat has no soft spots, an excellent condition cabin for its age. It has ZERO cabin leaks or falling ceiling like many this age. Both engines have been replaced over the years. Port was just replaced with a rebuild from the midwest. All work was done by Complete Marine in Pompano that included: New fuel and water pumps, all new hoses, thermostat, risers, manifolds. Over $15,000 spent on parts and labor (have receipts) Starboard has a complete new top-end in late 2018 plus new risers and manifolds. Also new fuel pump and water pump. The boat runs and drives excellent. Many of these boats had 350's but the 454's is the way to go. There is NO lack of power! Boat has a newer full enclosure and has a full bow cover too. All matching canvas. The interior easily sleeps 6 in comfort. Has 2 flat-screen TVs. A newer fridge with a real freezer. The boat had a gen, but it was removed. Still wired and ready for new one. Now, it has a 3000-watt inverter that will run everything except AC. I have invested over $35,000 in the boat over the last 3 years. The boat is in the water and ready to go. All major mechanicals work as they should (I.e. Toilets, pumps, freshwater pumps, lights, gas gauges, RPM, TVs, Air conditioning, fans, etc.) Here is what it will need in the future: The cockpit dash is showing its age. Some of the seats will need upholstery work at some point. The starboard trans has a very small drip. Picture a car that leaves a drip on your driveway from parking it overnight. It is not burning oil. It is dripping about a pint of oil a month. This was next on my list to do. When I had the port engine repalced, I pulled the port trans and had all the seals redone. The engines do not leak or burn oil at all. They are both running VERY well. 90 percent of most usage on this boat is mostly under 1500 RPM. It is used mostly in the Intracoastal or for the prior nearly 17+ years used on the gulf side pretty much doing the same. This boat is Bahama ready. I just never got to do it. Reason for sale: We bought a deck boat that currently suits our family better with 4 kids.
