Beautifully restored classic boat with all major restorations complete and ready to enjoy. -3 state rooms -2 heads -Salon -Galley with original Gibson refrigerator -Twin Detroit Diesel engines 400 hours on generator All work performed by Bay Harbor Marina: Hull - Boards at or below water level: All boards were reseamed then repainted. All old compound and cotton was removed and replaced. Boards were repaired or replaced as warranted, then reseamed, sanded and painted. (2016, 2017, 2018, 2019). New Navigation System: Raymarine 70-mile radar, Raymarine ship to shore radio and deck hailer, new blue tooth stereo with CD player. (2016) Engine: Starboard engine head rebuilt. (2017) New cooling intakes with new easy shutoff ball valves. Engine room has new, larger exhaust fan. Transom: Transom was rebuilt. Complete restoration of original mahogany ladder and swim platform with five coats of Sikkens stain & finish. Gold leaf lettering. Marine survey states transom is in excellent condition in marine survey (2016-2018). Electrical: New 12-Volt system installed; Battery bank added of 2 12-Volt batteries, 2 alternators added to diesel engines. All GFI outlets were updated with new ground wires. (2016). All outlets updated with ground wiring and USB charging outlets (2019). Batteries: 2 new 12-Volt batteries. 8 new 8-volt batteries. Batteries are on winter maintenance storage package at marina; removed from boat and stored indoors. (2016-2019). HVAC: New HVAC installed in aft; central AC, dehumidifier, heat function with programmability. Electrical panel is wired for additional HVAC, if desired. (2016). Bilge: New bilge pumps at forward, center, and aft. New backup bilge pumps. New small bilge with switch-control to remove additional bilge water when docked, down to less than 1" depth. Bilge water alarm installed. (2017-2018) New Black Water Tank (2019) New Diesel Fuel Tanks (200 gallons each): Starboard fuel tank was rebuilt and replaced. (2018). Port fuel tank was rebuilt and replaced (2019). Marquipt custom-built steps with adjustable height wheeled-base; for starboard or port use with platform that allows for three angles to accomodate for narrow docks when needed (2018) New carpet, new canvas with zip screens, new dock ropes, newly finished deck with Sikkens (2018).
