2007 Hann Spirit Bay for Sale

2007 Skiff/Bay Boat originally built by Hann Power Yachts. This rig was completely rebuilt in 2017/2018 with all new wiring, Custom Switch Panel, new Atlas 8" offset jackplate, dual Power Pole Pro II Series 8', 2018 Suzuki DF 175 4 stroke, 80lb i pilot trolling motor, Custom Sea Dek, Onboard trolling motor battery charger, under gunnel rod holders, SS console rod holders, LED backlighting under gunnel and in livewell and baitwell, 40 gal fuel cell, self bailing cockpit, 2 built in tackle storage units, removable push pole holders (push pole not included in sale), Yeti Tie downs for a 75qt on the rear deck and 35 qt in front of console (coolers not included in sale), Lowrance HDS 9 Gen 3, Anchor Storage, removable backrest, potential to add front and rear seat pedestals (poles and seats included in sale but base's are not currently installed) House battery is under console with access from front and rear of console, trolling motor batteries are under rear deck. Runs 52-54 mph with 2 anglers and gear and has a 200 mile range. Motor has had it's 20 hour service and a total of approx 30 hours total (will provide a diagnostic report upon request). There a number of small costmetic flaws in the glass, this boat is 13 years old, if it looked brand new it would be worth a new boat price near 50k. This is also not a super skinny rig needed 12-14" at rest...it will however power over that dreaded mud flat with 6-8" of water when you need to. All oyster rash on the bottom has been professionally repaired and the bottom resprayed, transom as well. Easily fishes 4 anglers and rated capacity of 5. Boat has not been detailed in these pics but will be cleaned well soon. 2007 Magic Tilt Aluminum Trailer has brand new axle, springs and hubs. Ready to deliver within 300 miles.
