1986 Custom Starwind for Sale

"Indecision" is a 21.6 ft cruising sailboat. With the centerboard down the draft is 5 feet. With the board up the draft is 22 inches. The boat comes with a complete set of sails. Auxiliary power is a Tohatsu 6 SailPro outboard which includes a 40 watt charger. Also included are a Lowrance Hook 5 depth finder and a WestMarine VHF 585 radio and a small solar charger panel. It has a 1 year old deep cycle battery. My son-in-law reworked the centerboard. The interior is clean and we think leak-free. There are stains on the carpet which lines the cabin lining but my son-in-law did a lot of cruising in her and sealed everything he noticed. All the running lights function except the motoring light (white light midpoint on the mast). The galley has a fold down map table which can be stowed under the cockpit. The rudder has a couple small gouges. It comes with a trailer. The Starwind design apparently was created by Chrysler (!) and spun off during the auto-maker bailout. The molds were sold to another company and I think the manufacturer is RR CUSTOM BOATS based on the HIN number RRR52390J586 looked up on The boat has done everything we asked of it. We got it from our son in law who upgraded to a Catalina 30. We are selling Indecision because our other interests take precedence.
