This boat is in EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION
and has been stored indoors or an indoor
slip when not in use. My wife and I
are recent empty nesters and we're
looking to "power down" to a pontoon
boat. Both the boat and tandem axle
trailer have been used in freshwater
only. The boat is used in the
spring and summer months in North
Georgia's Lake Burton where it's been
stored in a covered slip with a lift and
is stored in the winter months in a
completely enclosed metal building in
South Georgia (Blackshear). The 350
Mercruiser inboard motor has 351 hours on
it and has been serviced at every
interval.
