2012 Chaparral 244 Xtreme for Sale

This is a 2012 Chaparral Xtreme 244 (24 foot). This is a good hybrid of boat between a wake boarding boat and sport/family boat. We get a lot of compliments on this boat. Overly taken care of. Regular Maintenance, cleaning and waxing. Lots of storage, 3 coolers (2 built in), holds 14 people or 2100 pounds, Built in ballast, 10 Gallon fresh water storage, 3 faucets access the fresh water tank (one at the bow, rear, and one at the sink in the middle of the boat), it does have a head (toilet), and we have never used it. Trim tabs, large swim deck with ladder, and a ladder at the bow of the boat. Anchor and dedicated spot for it. Dual batteries (recently replaced), Forward facing wake board tower, with wake board racks, carpet that snaps in, Multi speaker system with sub (stereo sounds awesome), and is Sirus satellite ready. Zero off control, allows you can set the speed when towing a skier, wakeboarder, tube and the GPS will maintain that speed. All you have to do is steer. Digital throttle, Volvo Penta motor. 205 Hours on the boat. Auto fire extinguisher in the engine compartment. We bought this boat new from Texas Marine in Conroe in June of 2012, and have kept it in enclosed storage. Only time it saw sun was when we were using it. It has docking lights, running lights under the swim deck, and on either side, and also running light on the inside. Double axle float on trailer. Trailer lights up when submerge in water and its dark. Comes with boat cover pictured, and 5 standard orange life vests. If I think of any additional features, I will update the post.
