1996 Gemini 105M

1996 Gemini 105M sailing catamaran. 34ft x 14ft beam. Lifting centerboards and kick up rudders. Mainsail and furling genoa. Queen size berth in master stateroom, and two rear double berths. Composting toilet and small water heater in head. Propane/ electric fridge and freezer. Propane two burner stove with oven and broiler. 2 x 30 gallon water tanks. New stereo and speakers, and new gps chartplotter. Bottoms just sanded and painted with 5 coats barrier coat and 2 coats of Spartan ablative bottom paint. Hull sides and cockpit bottom just repainted. Old diesel / driveleg / tanks removed and 2014 Yamaha 25hp 4 stroke with extension and brand new cables and throttle just installed on a hydraulic bracket. Large windows over sette and master cabin just replaced. Centerboards and rudders redone by previous owner. Dingy davits but no dingy. 400 watts solar with three batteries. Air conditioner not working and needs repair or replacement. Wind instrument no longer on mast and needs replacement. Auto pilot has power, but may need repair or replacement. Needs a little work, but most large projects are done. Bring serious cash offers.
