Located on beautiful Lake Don Pedro, this is the oldest houseboat on the lake! 1976 Pontoon houseboat with 1959 Spartan Manor Trailer. 12ftX36ft not including the platform and outboard engine. The pontoons are made out of World War II mind sweepers; fiberglassed and sher tared. 1995 Mercury Long Shaft 40 HP enngine. Black water tank is approximately 100 gallons. Fresh water tank is 30-40 gallons. Small propane stove and oven inside and sink. Small bed in back of trailer. Recirculating toilet. Small solar panel on top to keep batteries charged.
