1989 Sumerset Houseboat for Sale

Bought this boat in 2014 floating in Grand lake in Oklahoma. I moved it to Lake Tenkiller and proceeded to remodel it. I installed wood look vynl plank flooring. I removed all countertops and replaced them with granite. I installed a Koehler large double white sink. I have all new interior paint refreshing white and soft great tones. I updated kitchen cabinets with black paint. I had bunk beds with bottom drawers built. Full on bottom and twin with built in safety ledge and stairs. I replaced all light fixtures and faucets. I recently purchased new sofa bed and table with barstools. Has stereo speaker system throughout interior. The front of boat is large with wicker sectional perfect for hosting and lounging out of sun. Exterior back deck also large and allows for 2 kayaks and swim Matt. I purchased grey/black strip foam decking for exterior flooring, it has not been installed. You can drive from inside living room or top of boat from helm. This is an amazing boat with all the amenities and space for entertaining and family. The master bedroom has 2 closets and queen tempurpedic mattress. The bathroom does have stand in shower and small area for storage. Two v8 mercruiser engines, new batteries and generator. All is running and maintained. Two AC/HeAt units, one in kitchen and one over master bedroom. Kitchen has kitchen aid refrigerator and microwave and toaster oven. Also have full size washer and dryer.
