Text Andy @ 615-948-4490. 1993 Stardust Houseboat 16X65. 4 Bedroom, 2 Head, Full Shower, Twin 3L Mercruisers, 2 dual full size fridge/freezers, reverse osmosis drinking water, 12.5 Kohler Generator, Washer/Dryer, central heat/air (heat pump - no marine units), sleeper sofa, 4/6 person dining room table, 2 basin kitchen sink, 2 sinks in bath, tons of kitchen cabinets, multiple sets of water skis. Built in closest/drawers in master and upper bedrooms, with drawers in both lower bedrooms. The above is how I purchased from the ORIGINAL owner (who was a pilot for UPS and retired) in February 2018. I've made the following upgrades: full canvas enclosure front deck ($3000), replaced canvas on upper helm ($500), replaced air handler motor ($900) and when boat was pulled to ship to Percy Priest Lake, bottom job. As well, 3 new mattresses - Q, Q, F (combined, $1900), 2 of which (Q & F) have never been slept on. Houseboat comes with jet ski - UPS pilot stated its fully operational. What does not come with houseboat: two items: recliner in living room and remote control sailboat in lower bedroom. I purchased this houseboat in January 2018 to use with family (parents) however health changes the past six months have meant they cannot use boat so I'm downsizing.
