Rebuilt 20’ Shamrock Pilothouse. This vessel has been gone through extensively. Pretty every screw, nut, bolt or hardware has been touched, removed or replaced. Boat is 100% ready for the water. Electronics • Garmin GLD 30A XM Radio Weather Module • Garmin GMR 18k Radar Dome • Seaview Radar Mount • Garmin 4212 Multifunction chartplotter (12”) • Garmin GSD22 Sounder • Airmar Triducer B744V 50/200kHz Transducer • Standard Horizon GX1200 VHF • New Sony M100BT receiver unit with XM and Bluetooth • New 180W 32” LED curved light bar (1 on front of pilot house) • New 18W LED floor lights (2 on read of pilot house) • New red LED under gunnel rope lighting • Remote spotlight • Various new rocker switches • New breakers • New Sudbury switch • New batteries • New Heater Craft heater with new switch • New gauges • New bus bars • 95% of the boat has been rewired Pumps and Hoses • New hoses for bilge, macerator and raw water wash down pumps • New live well pump • New macerator pump • New valves for all pumps • New thru hull fittings for all pumps • Bennett trim tabs with new pump Steering • Sea Star hydraulic steering • New steering cylinder • New rudder stuffing box Fuel System • New fuel tank • New sending units • New fuel lines from fill to tanks to fuel pump • New Groco 6 port fuel tank valve/switch • New bilge paint in fuel tank cells Hull • All thru hull and hardware was removed from boat. • Keel was sanded, filled with Petit EZ-Bond High Strength Marine Bonding Epoxy, then fiberglassed and prepped for paint. • Bottom of boat was soda blasted, sealed with Interlux Interprotect 2000E Barrier Coat • 3 coats of Petit Bright Red Anitfouling bottom paint • All below waterline fittings were replaced with new or sandblasted and reinstalled with 3M 5200 Marine Adhesive • The hull above the waterline Gelcoat was completely sanded, sealed, primed, painted with 4 coats of Awlcraft 2000 Arcylic Flag Blue, wet sanded between coats • Final coat was wet sanded in 3 stages, buffed and waxed to mirror finish • Rub Rail was removed, all screw holes were countersunk and filled with 3M marine epoxy • Original Rub Rail base reinstalled with new Taco Marine insert • 3 aft deck covers were skinned, new Coosa board and fiberglassed • Beckson Pry-Out inspection ports installed over fuel tank sending units • Bow floor hatch also received new Coosa board and new hinges. • New under hood soundproofing • New engine compartment blower with hose Engine • 750 hours on 350 Marine Power TBI engine • Rebuild done at 600 hours with Jasper Long Block • New Thermostat • New heater hoses • New top exhaust hoses • New raw water hose from inlet to cooler • New throttle position switch • New MAP sensor • New idle air control • New stuffing box for prop shaft Trailer • 2009 Venture Aluminum roller/bunk trailer • LED lights • Brakes on both axles • New wood • New 2" coupler • Custom rear support for Shamrock Keel
