                          Recently remodeled 1978 PatioCruiser
                          house boat.
                          
                            Pontoons serviced and repaired in
                            2019. Fresh water anodes welded to
                            pontoons.
                            Original 2stroke 70HP Johnsoon
                            outboard runs great. Have spare control
                            center OEM linkage cable. Very hard to
                            get and find.
                            Granite counter top.
                            Small flat screen TV/DVD with Roku
                            stick.
                            New Kenwood BT car stereo.
                            New pull down blackout shades.
                            Many upgrades over the original
                            boat.
                            BBQ with all burners replaced
                            2 burner Camp Chef cooktop.
                            2 year old 4.5 cu ft N410.3 Norcold
                            3way refrigerator ($1000) placed below
                            the ladder in custom built aluminum
                            enclosure to have more storace inside
                            cabin.
                            200w solar array w/ 2 new 6V golf
                            cart batteries.
                            All lighting has been upgraded to
                            LED.
                            36" tall aluminum railing at top
                            deck.
                            Lockable storage boxes. 1 storage
                            box for the propane tanks can hold up

                            1 year old rear cantilevered
                            awning. (

                            in good shape but could use work.
                            Raw water pump for toilet and

                            Recent repair of black water tank
                            with pontoon patched with aluminum
                            plate, pressure and leak tested.
                            Recent trailer work and welding for
                            better strapping and 2 of 4 tires new
                            with a spare.
                            Pressure treated floor decking in
                            great shape with Tuff Deck smooth
                            sealant paint added on both
                            levels.
                            Previous owner did a poor quality
                            job re wiring the 12VDC electrial in
                            the cabin. It all works but I was
                            planning on replacing.
                          
                          
                            Here's what doesn't work:
                          
                          
                            Water heater. It may work but the
                            previous owner removed the freshwater
                            system. So I have not gotten around to
                            fixing that.
                            No fresh water system or tank.
                            Could easily be installed. Previous
                            owner removed and I did not get around
                            to replacing. Low cost upgrade
