is in great shape. She has been turn key
since we bought her back in 2004. We are
the 4th owner, and have added an
                          authentic bow pulpit, molded &
                          manufactured by SeaCure Technologies, in
Washington State, using the original mold
                          used during vessels manufacturing days.
We also added an electric winch and bow
anchor. Over the winter, we installed new
cabinets and counter top in the salon.
Vessel has dual helm, sleeps 6, V-birth,
Stbd 2 person state room and salon pull
out sofa bed. She carries 100 gals water,
198 gallons of fuel, (Custom Aluminum
tanks port and starboard aft), electric
toilet and 35 gal holding bag. Recent
haul-out, running gear and bottom painted
with new zinks installed on prop shafts.
Hull is in great shape, never any
blisters, as she was built during the
                          pre-blister years. She's 36' LOA with a
                          12' Beam.
If you know anything about Uniflite
Boats, and their history, then you know
what your looking at. If not, google
"Uniflite Boats" and read all about them.
She's a great sea worthy vessel, and good
looking too! Would make a good live
                          aboard.
New Volvo Engines were installed by
the 2nd owner in 1989, and are in great
                          shape. Oil changes and routine
maintenance has always been done. There
are a few minor things she needs, but
nothing that stops her from operating. We
can discuss these things if your
                          seriously considering purchasing.
Reason for selling - want to move up
                          to a bigger boat.
I will show the boat by appointment,
(pier-side) and sea trial for those who
are serious and are prepared to put down
a deposit. Other details of the purchase
can be discussed at time of pending sale.
All SERIOIUS & REASONABLE offers will
                          be considered.
