This is probably the nicest 370 sundancer of its age in the country. No, WORLD. It has been owned by the same guy since it was a year old. Has only 300 ORIGINAL DOCUMENTED HOURS!!! It has been in fresh water since new. The hull has been waxed multiple times per season. The inside, meticulously cared for. The engine room is like new. It has been in heated storage for its winters. This winter however it was shrink wrapped for the first time ever. Everything on this boat operates as it should. Incredible condition, you have to see it to believe it. The price is very firm, and will go up if not sold by April.
