The Galway Girl is a 1990 bayliner
3888 MotorYacht. She is unique in that in
July 2019 she went through a major refit
that no other Bayliner 3888 on the market
currently has received. She was last
hauled out in September 2019 with a clean
bill of health. It is my goal to be as
fully transparent about her condition as
possible. So if I missed anything please
feel free to contact me (info below):

Other Info:
She comes with canvas for the rear
deck to compliantly enclose it. Also
she comes with a large canvas the
covers the entire top deck. There are
some other canvas that it comes
with.
New 44lb plow anchor (2020)
Both windlass buttons were replaced
in 2019
She has a bimini top on the upper
helm
Before we decided to sell her we
had her outfitted with a brand new
state of the art Garmin navigation
suite in January 2020, with Doppler
Radar, touchscreen plotter, side-view,
clear-view traditional sonars and
transducers. HOWEVER she will NOT be
sold with the electronics suite UNLESS
the buyer wants to pay for the entire
suite which was pricy. If I added the
cost of the suite into the boats cost
it would put her right out of the
market for this vessels class. But can
discuss further.
Known Issues:
She has an air conditioning unit.
It works but getting warmer, meaning it
needs a refrigerant charge. However the
refrigerant that it has is is no longer
used and getting it serviced could mean
a heafty fee. May just be easier to
replace the unit all together. We
currently use a roll-away unit.
Misc snaps for the canvas need to
be replaced
The wood on the rear deck is in
need of sanding and varnish but we also
have plans of starting that while she’s
on the market.
The water heater has a small leak
but have plans to replace the high
pressure valve, that should remedy the
issue
The electric spotlight works but
the joy stick is temperamental and
should be replaced. Amazon has the
replacements.
The upstairs seating is aged and
has a few stains that can probably be
scrubbed out.
