1997 Riviera Open Flybridge

1997 Riviera 43 open flybridge sportfish , beam 15-1/2 ft , one owner boat , twin Caterpillar 3196 diesels 930 hours , and ZF transmissions . These 3196 engines are 12 litre and make 2165 ft lb of torque each , needed for easy planing in this hull . The generator is Onan 12.5 kw with 1445 hours . The cabin has windshields for navigation , dash has full caterpillar gauges , controls are Hynautic hydraulic shift and throttle which replaced the factory electric shift controls , known for shift delay . Complete 110v and 12 volt panel with sub panel , air condition controls , 3 Garmin 7212 touch screen GPS chartplotters , 2 simrad autopilot controls , several vhf's , single sidebands , and many more electronics . The galley is step down , has good storage , ice box , fridge and freezer . The factory carpet was removed throughout the boat and replaced with hard wood floors . Factory cloth headliner was removed due to areas falling , and replaced with painted overhead paneling with matching wood trim on the seams . Boat has two staterooms , both with head and shower , and both have air conditioning and controls . Outside the boat is ready to fish with an immaculate Pompanette fighting chair , Rupp outriggers , center outrigger , and a down rigger mounting bracket with receptacle as well . The cockpit is spacious , has a transom door leading to the swim platform , storage under the gunnels , and an outside freezer under the stairs . Flybridge has caterpillar gauges , hynautic controls , Garmin 7212 , Simrad autopilot controls and custom chairs for captain and first mate . Flybridge also includes a full clear vinyl/canvas enclosure system which is stored below . A Tuna tower was added , built by Custom Marine here in Jacksonville Florida , all anodized , tig welded , and integrated into the Riveria lines and angles . It starts with a sun shade over the cockpit , then on the flybridge , they created rear bench seating replacing the factory rear rail . On the third level , the tower also has bench seating with bolster cushions surrounding the passengers for safety and plenty of tubing and grab handles keeping you there . Also up there is the third set of Hynautic engine controls , helm , garmin gps , and even a third compass .
