1990 Hyatt Sundeck

We are offering for sale our 1990 Hyatt cockpit motor yacht. We have had her for only two years and have used her very little due to both of us still working and not having the opportunity to go on extended vacations. Apart from bringing her down from North Carolina, we have not put more than 15 hours on her, just day trips up or down the intra-coast. As they say, hindsight is 20/20. We do plan on getting something similar once we retire in a few years, but feel it would be wiser to save the money we are currently putting into slip fee, boat and insurance payments, etc. We just don’t use her enough to justify the expenses. Please take a look at the pictures provided. One asset that for me was the deal maker is the second helm in the cockpit. Great for fishing as well as for backing into slips. We have done some significant improvements: New Garmin Panoptix forward looking sonar. New Garmin 740 that networks with two other Garmin for versatility and ease of use. New dive platform extending 3 feet the entire width of the transom. New ac/heat pumps (2). New tile on galley and dinette floors. New freshwater pump. New rear view cameras and monitors (port & starboard) for easy view while backing into slip. Transducer and Humminbird fishfinder/chart plotter installed on the cockpit station. New carpeting throughout. Radar stopped working, needs repair. She is powered by twin 375 hp caterpillar diesels, cruising speed about 12 mph with a max speed around 22. We have her docked in Saint Augustine, Florida. There are too many amenities / details to list here. I have the complete survey from when we were buying it that has all the details, which I could send you. Please take a look at the pictures provided, and if you are interested and would like more details, contact me at kenrose351@aol.com.
