2001 Cabo Express for Sale

Royalties is a 2001 45′ Cabo Express powered by 800HP MAN diesels with 3,000 hrs. She has been Captain maintained since the current owner bought her from the original owner in 2012. Having all the comfort and amenities that Cabo is known for she is a highly sought after vessel, this one in particular because of her pristine condition. Her engine room is well kept and easy to work on. Oil change pump and remote oil filters are readily accessible. Royalties is equipped with all Furuno electronics and auto-pilot. The 2 Stidd helm chairs and a large L shaped couch make seating very comfortable in the air conditioned helm. Downstairs you find a spacious galley on the starboard side and wrap around couches to port. The flatscreen TV hides the controls for the 200gph watermaker. Forward is the queen size bed with rod storage overhead on both sides, 3 full drawers and large space under the bed. She also has a linen closet to starboard and hanging closet to port. There is plenty of room in the head, including a full size stand alone shower, vanity mirror above the sink and a comfortable toilet. Aluminum is routinely polished and looks great for her age! The Rupp triple spreader outriggers are also removed and polished on a regular basis. The bottom received a complete make over in 2019, she was sanded down to the factory gelcoat, two coats of Interlux 2000 primer and two coats of Interlux Bottomkote NT were applied. New Veem Interceptor 5 blade props have Propspeed anti fouling coating and provide a comfortable 25 kt cruise speed. Blue LED Underwater lights were also upgraded.
