WATERFRONT LIVING IN DC BEAUTIFUL 1986 GULFSTAR MOTORYACHT FOR SALE Asking Price: $185,000 Impending zombie apocalypse got you down? Always dreamed of living on the waterfront? Looking for the perfect student housing close to everything – Metro, shopping, restaurants, the Mall, Nationals Ballpark, nightlife, etc? Thought winter in the Caribbean sounded out of reach? Want to travel the Great Loop in style and comfort? 3 Bedroom home in DC for under 1K a month?!?!?! Prices of apartments / condos in DC left you dumbstruck? Welcome to Pumpkin – 1986 Gulfstar Motor Yacht! She’s a glorious 54-foot home on the water in the heart of the nation’s capital. We’ve spent the last 3 years restoring this gal to her full glory and how she shines now. She has 3 bedrooms (one of which can be converted to an office) all with full baths, an enormous kitchen, a super comfy living room, a back deck with custom bistro table set, and a bridge from which to survey your domain. Pumpkin is one of the last group of yachts built in the U.S. that boasts an all teak interior and luxuriously sized set of living areas for a boat in her size class. Besides a completely redone interior, we’ve also brought all her systems, electrical, sanitation, navigational, etc. up to date so that she’s Turn Key. If you know the boating world, you know the chill the phrase “Project Boat” elicits. Nope. Not this grand gal. She’s ready to go. We’ve done all the hard work so you don’t have to. It’s time for us to move to the West coast and alas we can not take Pumpkin with us, but we’ve been living on her for the past two years in the fabulous location of the The Navy Yard and want to find just the right new owners who will love her and enjoy all she has to offer. We look forward to showing this gracious grand lady of the Chesapeake to her future owners, who want to love her and start their new adventures as we did. Take a look at the website (PumpkinDC.com), give us a call or email and we’ll gladly show you around. She’s berthed at the Navy Yard in DC starting mid-April 2020 but currently in Deale, MD for the Winter, where you can still see her on the hard. Contact us for further information by simply calling: 530.902.8991 ( ask for Adrienne). Or check out the website for more pictures, details and additional contact information.
