The back deck is the main hang out and the best place to sleep with 3 benches/beds, you will also love the upper deck that is 60’ long, it’s the best place to have sunset dinner and sleep under the stars. The slide is the main attraction during the day, the large front deck with BBQ grill is also a gathering point come dinner time. 2- 90hp Honda four stroke motors new in 2009 push the boat 15miles per hour and are externally fuel efficient. Large kitchen space with 2 refrigerators, water heater, bathroom with shower, and tankless toilet. Each owner is responsible for $250.00 per month, you can pay yearly or monthly. This includes buoy fees, retrieval, insurance, registration... etc. this payment gains some capital each month that will cover incidental repairs. The purchase of the boat will come with 1/3 of the capital in the account.
