- For Sale By Owner, New to market - YACHT LOCATED GREECE, EUROPE I bought my Hatteras 65 in 2008 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in great condition from an owner captain. Immediately I commissioned some useful customisations and a thorough engine service and shipped her to Europe, specifically Greece. This is my third yacht, and was purchased for the sole use of cruising with my family with me as captain (certified RYA Yacht master). As safety is of the highest priority, I wanted a boat that I could take to sea and feel confident, as I have with all of my yachts, navigating just about any weather condition that may arise. Today, my family has grown to a point at which we find ourselves in need of a bigger yacht. This is the only reason I am selling it. I am a licensed captain with extensive mechanical acumen. I pride myself not only on my comprehensive knowledge of yachts, but also on maintaining each of my mine in the utmost pristine condition. A shoe has never been permitted in the interior of any of my vessels. Further to that, I have never had an accident, or even allowed a scratch on any of my yachts. So far, so good. :) The integrity of this Hatteras – from its sound construction and infallible design – coupled with its immaculate condition makes this a truly unique find for someone who is interested in a motor yacht for any recreational purpose, be it cruising or fishing.
