One owner boat, is in excellent shape (really), equipped for long range cruising,anchoring out. Easily handled by one person. Hull survey shows no dead spots or moisture in boat.Boat still has great shine.Great Layout for family or 2 couples. Cool Change has always been in fresh water, 4 of the Great Lakes, Georgian Bay and the North Channel. Easy to sail, safe solid boat. Great factory support from Catalina and Owners groups. She is an MK1 model with the MK 2 interior, built in California and equipped for off shore sailing. Everything works or been replaced. Bottom painted/well paid for season,will help with delivery if in the Great Lakes area.Only selling because of too many grandkids and want to land travel.
